Therapy for Neurodivergent Women Who Are Tired of Masking
If you feel like you’ve spent your whole life trying to “keep up” or “fit in” — you’re not alone.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, hide parts of who you are, or push through burnout just to function.
We work with your brain, not against it.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
“Does This Sound Like You?”
You might be here because:
-
You feel constantly overwhelmed, even by “simple” things
-
You’re exhausted from masking or pretending you’re okay
-
You’ve tried therapy before… but felt misunderstood
-
You were late diagnosed or you are questioning ADHD / Autism)
-
You overthink everything and struggle to switch off
-
You feel like you’re “too much” or “not enough” at the same time
You don’t need to have a diagnosis to belong here.

A Neuro-Affirming Approach
At Divergent Minds Therapy, we believe your mind is not disordered — it’s different.
That means:
-
We don’t try to “fix” you
-
We don’t force you into rigid strategies
-
We don’t expect you to function like everyone else
Instead, we help you:
-
Understand how your brain actually works
-
Reduce overwhelm and burnout
-
Build systems that support your way of thinking yourself
-
Feel safe being fully
This is collaborative, not clinical.
